what can i do

Dad's been feeling unwell for quite some time now
got some medications from the clinic for gastric pain
but he still hasn't fully recovered

despite countless persuasions from mom,sis and myself
he refuses to see the doctor
and kept dismissing it as gastric pain thats all
it pains me to watch him getting up time and time again
from his sleep due to discomfort

its making so worried about him that its frustrating
frustrated at why won't he just go for a checkup
does he not understand the pain in our hearts
the feeling of helplessness is just overwhelming

why won't he just heed our advice
why must you be so sturbborn!
why can't you understand
what can i do
what can i do as a son
who just wants to help

went to JURONG BIRD PARK on saturday!

man the last time i went there was....when i was very VERY little

so long that i dont recall anything about the trip.

its damn nice!!theres so many adorable birds and awesome aviaries

i liked it very very very much

we bought some soveniours

and my friend bought for me this adorable keychain as i wanted it :)

i made my way to tampines1
and went shopping all by myself :)

bought a denim jacket from Uniqlo,$49.90
haha i thought it looked cool
but as my friend once told me
mirrors in shopping malls aren't truthful representation of one's image
and that they make you look thinner so that you'd feel good and buy their clothes.
haha nevertheless i bought it in the end :p

a day at the zoo :)

ok its a sunday,
i wanted to sleep till like 1pm
but my dad woke me up to go to the zoo
as i said id go the day before.
BUT laziness made me hesitant
dad was like "you sure you dont wanna go?we are going out now alr"
and there i was shrugging my shoulders,lightly shaking my head
and when my dad finally stopped asking me
i felt kinda bad as i agreed to go earlier
thus i got my lazy ass off the oh-so-comfortable bed ,took a shower
and set off with my mom and dad to the zoo :)
we were accompanied with a few of our relatives
the queue there wasnt as long as the last time i came
which was on 2009 christmas day.
that was an unbelievably long queue!
aniway,i managed to get quite a few nice pictures
as i brought better lens this time :)






it wasn't THAT fascinating
probably because ive been there quite recently
and nothing much has changed
but nevertheless,it was nice to spend the day with my parents
and im sure they felt its nice to spend time with your own children too =)


oh and i decided to comb my hair up as its getting longggggg
i think it looks nicer and looks smarter :)
