rain after the sunshine

felt so fat today,so decided to go jogging.hurhur
when i jogged into pasir ris park for around 5mins,i suddenly realised that the view is quite nice.
so i jogged all the way back home to get my camera.ok my sis's camera
the sky turned dark suddenly
and it started to rain...
but i still continue to take photos
until my stupid camera ran out of batt.
IT RUNS OUT OF BATT DAMN FAST!

and wth la,after i got back home and bathed,the sun came out again and it was sunny..

paper roses

today,YAO KHUAN is gonna teach you how to make paper roses.lol!
get these materials ready,construction paper,scissors,and wrapped wire which u can get form popular

step 1,cut the coloured paper into a strip like this

ok,now fasten oen end of the paper strip with the wire,u can do so by rolling the tip of the paper,then twist the wire to fasten it

wrap the paper round the wire tight to form the structure first


then u keep coiling and twisting the paper round the wire,doesnt have to be systematic,and make sure one of ur hand is holding on tightly while the other hand twist the paper strip


after ure done,poke the wire through the end of the paper strip,then fasten it.you would then get something like this


you can try out different colours,depending on who you wanna give


and lastly,do a few more then twist them together.

let me show u through my process..
first,use a mechanical pencil and draw.duh

kk,thats nonsense.
draw the basic structure of your character,get the proportions and posture right.
then the clothes

when ure done,u SHOULD get smth like this


after which,u can start using watercolour or any medium u prefer to colour.


next,use a black pen to outline those areas covered by the watercolour paint


u might screw up like i did,but fret not,u can always cut the figure out and salvage the painting.


and this is my final piece which i would be submitting. heh

well,it was alright to me,maybe because after i watched stardust not long ago
the movie was rather predictable though..

just like promises,to me,they are like mini dreams yet to be fufilled.
but it is what keeps me going..
but when promises are broken,it does hurt makes me feel sad,just like how dreams are shattered..

moving on,i spent like 1 hour plus on facebook..drawing something with a mouse.lol,and i sent to all my facebook friends.hahas.

went over to ArtFriend at bugis to get some paints and stuff today.
bought a whole range of acrylic colours :D

and art materials a friggin expensive..total was $143
no wonder most artists end up so poor
,so next time u see me on the street begging dont be suprised heh :p

its called 2moons.


its a MMORPG game. yep.
good things abt it:
-nice graphics.
-cool equipments
-interesting skills
-massive online game
-pretty/good looking characters
-many different maps to explore
-3D view
-they don't censore vulgar :)

well..for the bad things:
-fcked up people in the game who just pisses me off
-lagness which occur sometimes.okay,alot of times
-annoying sister which always wanna use the com at the wrong timing.

woah...last night...became super emo...

AEP dinner

AEP dinner clashed with elbarrio's meeting. sigh*

anyway

AEP students agreed to meet at 5:30pm at orchard MRT. k,i tot sure got ppl late de. turns out im one of the latest. WHY ALL SO EARLY?!

anyway.we headed to Fish&Co at the paragon area, but it had no space for 16 people,luckily, the staff there arranged for us at wheelock place. so we walked all the way there and had our seats.

the food was quite alright. then we spoke in chinese to say that we were going to buy lucie a cake cos she didnt understand chinese. lol!

bought her this heart shaped chocolate mocha cake and sang her a birthday song in the restuarant like nobody's business. saw some other teenagers clapped along too

then elvis couldnt resist and had to cake lucie's face. however lucie fought back and elvis was dirtier.


then we went to walk around. the girls spent a LONGGG time in the toilet, cos they were cam whoring inside. cant say bad things abt them cos i cam whore too. LoL




we wanted to go play pool,but went wrong place,so ended up at Gelare.
after having some ice cream.
we all went back home.



i watched starship troopers 2 until the end.everything was quite okay until the ending. it has the worst endings i've ever seen in movies. really. it sucks bigger than big time.

haha..saw a wasp ytd night..flying around..
my father wanted to kill it but i thought ,let it live la..it just wants to find a way out.

but it just had to change my mind.
then when i was sleeping, around 6+am, i got up as the fan was too strong,so i lowered it and then i saw my bolster on the ground, so i picked it up and HUGGED it then i pulled my blanket over myself.

bingo.
i hit the jackpot

it hurts, but my dad told me its okay as he got stung many times before when he was young.unless got allergic reactions lo...
he village boy arh..so i trust him la.

my mom gave me drank this herbal soup,which was salty and erm bitter.

day of Oral Presentation.
hahaha the presentation went alright..
just that the Q&A part dunno what to say.
so overall
screwed.

anyways.
went out with Benjamin and Nicole.
bought 7.15 tickets to Stardust at The Cathay.
we then ate at some restaurant in the basement level,not bad leh :D
its called indulgence or smth
then we walked all the way to taka for some isetan sale.
haha,funny experience which i wont elaborate.

then when we were done, we wanted to take bus back to The Cathay.
although there were many buses that we can take, all of them were fully packed.
but we manage to get on one.

when we got to the cinema,it was already 7:20, then nicole and ben were buying some set at the counter. had some problems which took quite long.
the cashier was very attitude to us.
thus, i shall not be bothered about covering her up in my blog

stardust was a verrrrrrry nice movie :D
it was damn funny! I LIKE.

lol,then after that,we walked around the shops there.
we went to "butt cheeks" a beachwear shop. the owner of the shop very friendly :D
then also went to a few other shops around there.
