Jeric's 21st

It was my first time doing birthday decorations
quite challenging,had to take lotsa things into consideration.
did some research and surfed the net for ideas
i cannot afford to screw up,cause it was someone else's 21st birthday.
it was really enjoyable preparing the stuff though
you won't know how it would turn out
the process of cutting the butterflies out with valerie was so memorable
hahaha it felt so meaningful.

then came Saturday!!
met up with Valerie first
we chat and chat and chat all the way from Tampines till Boon Lay
and before we knew it,we arrived!
had lunch at Jurong Point,
haha indofood,ayam pangang!
damn nice.i always have craving for it
the one at plaza sing is still the best
ANYWAY,Valerie and I made our way to Summerdale condo
it was so humid!!
Richie and Roland where there to pick us up at the entrance

pasting the butterflies was really not as easy as it seemed
required the help of Richie,Roland and Valerie to make it work.
the balloons kept bursting on their own,
and the sound was amplified as we were in a room
it was incredibly loud and never fails to give me a shock each time
armed with my beloved DSLR and the external flash that Nuh gave me on my birthday,
i was ready to take photos!!
the flash used up batteries super duper fast!
it was insane,used up 8 batteries in less than half and hour.
but the results were pretty :D
i like hahahaha































im so glad that everything worked out well
and that the birthday boy was happy
thats the most important :)

Samuel Han

Thats me right there at the top right hand corner
and standing next to me was my primary school classmate,Samuel Han.
in our class,his table was beside mine
and i vaguely remember how he would tease me in class
and id would raise up my hand to make him panic
as he thought i would report to the teacher
hahaha we had so much fun
he was a brilliant kid,
very intelligent and scored well in class
he even gave me a photo frame for one of my birthday
and i still have it up in my bedroom

it was during primary 5
we suddenly recieved news that he passed away
due to complications and poor immune system
we were too young to fully understand what death was
we were still saying that he has reincarnated,
as it was the seventh day after he has left us

now and then,
id still think of him
and cherishing my friends even more
the time we had together was shortlived
but it made such an impact on my live.

i miss him..

haircut!

went to get a haircut today
bahh,my hair is naturally wavy
thus short hair is the best option.
im so envious of people with straight hair..

tuesday

went to catch Limitless yesterday with Valerie
hahaha i kinda liked the movie
all that NZT48 stuff
wouldn't it be nice?

hmm but i wouldn't want to remember everything
there are memories which are far too painful to relive
id rather they be forgotten

Jeric's 21st birthday party this coming saturday!
Valerie and myself are in charge of the decorations
we cut out quite a number of butterflies already
but yesterday i went to modify all of them
to make it look even closer to the real butterfly silhouette :D


Love is like nuturing a plant from a seed,
it takes lots of care and time for it to grow.
for its roots to sink deep into the ground
so that when the storm comes,
it will not be uprooted
and all these takes time.
Don't expect it to just shoot up like Jack and The Beanstalk

Saturday nights out

met up with Jeric,Daniel and James for dinner at Orchard Cineleisure
i had curry chicken with rice
and the four of us shared one Mango Snow Ice!

haha nice! :D
had a little chat with them before heading home
rather last minute as Jeric only recieved news that they could bookout on saturday afternoon.

as we're gonna use them for Jeric's birthday decoration!
she came over at around 1pm?
and we were busy gossiping until 5:50pm then we began work!

yesterday night,
i was about to sleep
had my lights off
tucked myself in bed
hugging my bolster
just when i closed my eyes
"bzzz bzzz"
that ever so familiar sound
echoed through my ears

immeadiately i rushed to on the lights
there was no escape route,
just me and her in the room
i sat and scrutinized every corner
for the slightest bit of movement.
i knew i couldn't let my guard down
as it would give her a chance to strike.
thus i waited
and waited.

finally,
she made her move.

since my A levels
which was at least 2 years ago!

went to Richie's 21st birthday at Sanctuary Green Condo
with Valerie,Jeric,Roland,Daniel,Joel and Sylvester!
we had a great time there haha and were making the most noise
hahahahaha tonnes of laughter.

oh boy had such a hard time getting up from bed today!
haha but nevertheless i still managed to get up and head to the pool.
usually id swim about one and a half hours,
completing 40 times the length of the pool.
it wasn't that tiring as i swam breaststroke
freestyle is a killer.
i always wanted to learn butterfly stroke
cause i think it looks so awesome!
someone teach me please.

and there wasn't a queue,
thus i decided to give it a try
ordered Hazelnut Milk Tea
it was nice :D

haha didn't really care if it was fattening or not
as long as it makes myself happy

Altitude One

wanted to go check out the rooftop bar AltitudeOne today
the last time we tried,it was raining thus we couldn't get in
and today,we couldn't get in either
cause it was closed on sundays.
LOL,i know that we should've checked the operating hours
wanted to try our luck heehee.
had a little chat while walking along Clarke Quay area before heading home :)

went to have breakfast with Jeric at Ya Kun Kaya Toast!
and also some camwhoring with my new iphone4!!!




we then met up with the rest of the clique to go KTV!!!
its called Dynasty Classic KTV,haha quite an ulu place!

oh and Valerie's vocals are damn amazing,
it was so professional!

haha i spent the entire day laughing and laughing AND laughing
it was hilarious!
didnt really cared about what others would think,
we just laughed our hearts out.

and this grilled chicken set meal from some indofood thing is DAMN NICE!!
